Add Auto Operator 

Rather than adding individual operators you may need to add operator numbers, i.e. SGH_01. This process is setup to automatically add 10 operator to a room.

1. In either the Add Room Form or the Edit Room Form, click the Add Multiple Operators button.

   

2. You must assign an operator prefix i.e. SGH. Enter this in the Operator Prefix box, and click the OK button.

    

3. Now from the Select Rooms dialog check the box next to the Room or Rooms you would like to assign this operator to. N.B. the rooms listed will only be rooms from the trust associated with the room. Once you are happy with the selection click OK.

   

4. The Operators will automatically be added and the operator list will also be updated.
