Automatic Software Update

 

While Opening MRS you may find that you need to update your software. Please do not upgrade the software if WJPS have not alerted you to an upgrade being available. N.B. This feature will need to be enabled for you.

 

1. As MRS starts loading you will be alerted to an update being available. To start the Update click the Update Now button on the Update Form.

    

2. At this point MRS will close automatically. Once you are sure that MRS has closed click the Yes button on the Start Update dialog.

   

3. At this point the files will be copied across. This should only take a couple of seconds. Click the Ok button the Update Complete dialog when it displays.

    

4. At this point you can open MRS again. The update dialog should not display again if the update has been successful.
