Deleting a Room Instance 

1. Open the room you want to manage.

2. Click the arrow next to the manage instances button from the menu bar, and select Delete Instance from the drop down menu.

   

3. From the Remove Instance dialog choose which Instance you want to delete and click the Delete button.

   

4. The Delete Instance Dialog will ask for confirmation to delete the chosen instance. Click the Yes button to continue.

   

5. You must enter a reason for deleting this instance. This will be put into the log and also the room log. (See notes if you require more information). Click the Save button to continue.

   

6. The Instance Deleted Dialog will confirm that the instance has been successfully deleted. Click the OK button to continue.
