Editing a Room Instance

1. Open the Room you want to manage.

2. Click the arrow next to the manage instances button from the menu bar, and select Edit Instances from the drop down menu.

    

3. From the Select Instance dialog choose the Instance you want to Edit and click the Select Button.

   

4. In the Edit Instance dialog change any of the details. The Instance Name and ID must be unique. Although the system will assign a Numeric Instance ID this can be changed to be a alpha numeric 10 Character String.

    

5. The Instance Updated dialog will confirm that the instance has been saved Click OK to continue.

   

6. The updated instance will now appear in the plate details grid, and be available to add plates to.
