Open the Room you want to manage.
Click the import plates button from the top menu:
From the Import Room Plates form, select the Trust, Site and Room you want to import. If you want to import the Room Instances as well check the Include rom instances checkbox. Finally click the Import button to start the process.
The Import Plates dialog will ask for confirmation to import the plates. N.B. This will override any plates and instances that already exist. Click the Yes button to continue.
The Import successfully dialog will confirm that the import has been successful and the Room Plates list will now update.
