Saving a Report Template

 

On a regular basis you may want to generate the same report with the same parameters, such as plates and operators. Templates allow you to do this quickly.

N.B. A template is associated with a Room.

 

1. Generate a report, and confirm you are happy with the output.
   

2. Click the Save current Report as Template button. N.B. The template will automatically have the same name as the Report Name. 

    

3. The Template Added dialog will confirm that the template has been saved. Click the OK button to continue.

     

4. The Templates list will update to reflect the change.
